"I’ve had bad experiences at this McDonald’s before, but since it’s so close to my home, I still go. Today I spent $32 on dinner, got home, and realized several items were missing. I went back and asked for the manager, who seemed annoyed and sent someone else. Thankfully, Anthony helped me. Even without a receipt, he listened, stayed professional, and fixed the issue right away. He really turned a frustrating situation around"

"I am a restaurant owner. This McDonald’s is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’ve had nothing but problems with this McDonald’s. This McDonald’s won’t give you the sauce unless you ask for it after you received your food. I also ordered a value meal, extra hamburger patty, no cheese, and 2 holiday pies. When i received my meal my hamburger had cheese. So I wait again in line for 7 min to get another hamburger. They promise me this hamburger doesn’t have cheese and apologize for the mistake. I pull out of the drive thru and noticed my hamburger has cheese again. So I wait in line another 7 minutes to return my order and I’m not even sure if they handled my return correctly. The receipt has food I didn’t even order on It. Nobody at this location ever picks up the phone so I decided to just contact corporate."

"Most days I grab coffee at this McDonald's. The staff here is super-attentive and always friendly. I rather enjoy seeing them each day. The drive thru is never excessively busy, which leads me to believe that they are very organized. Everything always comes out quickly and correctly. Well done!"
